How chip select option works for EMI.

We are using STR912FW42.For our application we have to connect the data lines for SRAM,as well as LCD interface.If we select Bank0 in External memory

#define _EMI

#define _EMI_Bank0

then the chip select will come automatically or any register is there for chip selection.If it is automatic when it will be low,when it will be high.

Depending on the chip select can we select either EMI or LCD.Give me some detailed description.
