Future of Flash Application?

Does ST have clear plans of what they are going to use to replace the Flash Configuration Application for the STNRGPF01 when Flash is finally killed off completely in 2020?

What do you mean by "Flash Configuration Application"? I can't find any mention of it. Can you give a link?
