Sorry if its wrong section to post this.
I found this IC from a Galaxy Note 4, apparently it has something to do with display. My display isnt working because this IC is blown. This is what it looks like:
Code on top reads : ST 328 M515
It is very small and have 4 pins on each side with a heat sink pad on the bottom. I cant find anything related online, please help!
