I have a ST7 and ST7538 system setup.
The ST7538 is setup to default and the data is distributed through the sci on the ST7.
I have seen sometimes, that some of the variables I distribute from one system to another is wrong, even if I do a simple checksum on it.
Can I experience some sort of noise that makes the checksum right but makes the variable value wrong?
Could I benefit from using a CRC-8 or CRC-16 checksum calculation to make sure that this is not the problem?
