I programe application data in Bank1 of Str710, and the write operation command is executed from Bank0. when it write data into it, system will be reset.If I execute these code in external memory, it's ok! why? someone can help me ? thank you ! :(

Hello liyong,

If I well understood, you try to write data in bank1 using code(write operation command)executed from the bank0.

I suspect your problem comes from the fact that the first Write operation is not executed from RAM.

For more details, please refer to the STR7xx Flash Programming Reference manual, section 2.3.1 Executing the first Write operation from RAM, page 6/27.
