hi all!

The 4th bit of the option byte of micro ST62T42B is reserved and it is normally set to 1 by the epromer.

Is it necessary to set to 1 this bit?

Change in Reserved bits is not recommended and if the reserved bit status is changed, the proper functionality of the device is not guaranteed. So better try not to change their state and maintain the recommended one.
