I have an SMD component, with the marking code WBCBR and it's a MOSFET, but I can't find the data sheet, can you help me?

I just ran through every tool we have here, and struck out. I also delivered that message to the requestor. 

 

That one you showed looks darn close, main marking being the "WB".

 

My opinion, I agree this is not a normal naming/marking convention for an ST part and I would be willing to bet its not from ST. If it is (was), its decades old and no longer in our system.
