We have produced at this time 120 machines, and this problem has occured only with 10 machines.

Hi,

Is the same behaviour on the 10 parts ? I mean :

- when you check the failed content, is there several addresses ?

- is(are) the same address(es) from one part to another ?

- is the content changed in the same way ?

By the way, have you a contact in ST sales office or do you get the parts through a distributor.

Best regards

Laurent

Hi,

- when you check the failed content, is there several addresses ?

YES (E001, E002, E003, E004, ... and sometimes up to the beginning of the code

so the ST7 cannot run!

is(are) the same address(es) from one part to another ?

NO, because some parts

- is the content changed in the same way ?

Often we get 223 (0xDF)

By the way, have you a contact in ST sales office or do you get the parts through a distributor.

In france, through EURODIS (RIP!) and now AVNET

Best regards

Hi,

Are they more than 32 bytes which are corrupted ?

Can you try to set the sector 0 size to 4k. This will protect against IAP ?

If you still get the problem, this will come from another source than the IAP.

Best regards

Laurent
