ICC Mode current consumption

Hi,

I need to know which the typical current consumption is for the ST7LITE05 when it is running in ICC mode.

Internal RC Clock running at 8 MHZ

Since ICC mode is activated after a reset, the power consumption would be the same of a device whose peripherals are off.

The section 13.4.1 of the ST7LITE0x datasheet (page 88) says that the max current consumption is 7 mA.
