Hi,

I have a problem with IAP for ST72521.

I am using the IAP driver available from ST site.

I always get ''Operation Failed'' status flag from ECMD.

Initially through inDART i am setting option bytes as ''Disable read out protection''

I am using a External Chip Oscillator of 16 Mhz and my Fcpu is 8 Mhz.

I am following the below sequence with watchdog disabled:

RASS Disable (56 & AE as keys)

Sector Erase (sector 1)

Toggle a port pin if successful

Infinite loop

Could someone throw some light what could be the reason for this?

I wanted to clarify a few points regarding my previous problem.

I have the probelm with Flash Erasing(sector 1) itself. St72521 is a HD flash device.

I have verified that my device is not damaged due to overcycling , by writing some test code into sector1.

I am attaching my Metrowerks project for reference. I have configured my device with option bytes ''7D B7'' through inDART.

I am using ST662A charge pump on my board.
