i have a problem using the I²C bus. I use my ST72F521 to communicate with a tone-generator via I²C.
thing is, i can send it its address and then the byte to determin the tone, and both of these transmitted bytes are acknowledged by the slave.
yet the speaker doesnt ''peeep''.
i know that the hardware works, because the same routine written in assembler makes the speaker ''peep''. i am trying to rewrite this assembler program to c-code now, and thats where i have the problems.
i hope anyone understands what my problem is and can give me some hints!
