Things frequently go obsolete due to packaging materials, equipment (mfg, test), availability, etc.
Plan on doing a redesign based on modern high-running parts with simpler packaging/form-factor.
Work with a local ST Sales Engineer about suggested replacement parts or equivalent circuits.

I don't know what country/region you're in, or if you're doing business directly with ST, or via distributors, etc. Your buyer should know who they deal with, and who in turn they work with.

Sales people also tend to have LinkedIn profiles, so you should be able to find someone who covers the region, or reps specific line-card products.
