DMA transfer from memory to SSP

Hello,

I have to transfer 150KB of data from flash-memory via the SSP-interface to an external peripheral. I would like to do it via a DMA channel. How can it be assured - respectively is it automatically assured, that the data is tranfered in accordance to the SSP speed to avoid FIFO overruns?
