For customised devices, i.e. components that a specific customer only has manufactured for him, a data sheet is also only available for this customer. Logically, it is not available for other customers; after discontinuation, all documents were destroyed anyway.
Now one could speculate where the Asian seller probably got these devices, but that doesn't help anyone. In any case, it is a bad idea to buy components of which you do not have the documentation beforehand.

It is with great regret that I have to inform you that no documentation is available for this. You should contact the respective seller, who should have information on his components - if it is a serious one.

Thanks for your reply. The S102338002C is an semiconductor in a TO-220-7 package. It is esteemed to be a dual MOSFET component seen from the circuit in which it was found. This component is out of production and no longer available through the regular distributors. I have a suspicion that this part was custom designed in a limited production. I managed to buy a few from a chinese supplier but he can't deliver the datasheet nor do other vendors. Since the component is produced by ST, a datasheet must be available somewhere within ST. Hence my question to ST.
