Hi all,
anyone know where I can get a datasheet for an ST 9293 microcontroller from? It dates from 1996 and ST don't seem to acknowledge its existence on the website (I'm really surpised they don't keep archives of old products to be honest) chip markings as follows: ST9293J9B1/AEL 10333130-9F103 (c) TCE96 B22AC9644 It's in a DIP package, high-density pin spacing - I believe the one in my TV has failed, but I could really do with pin-out information so I can check surrounding circuitry first before trying to track down a replacement. (www.nedis.com have it according to google, but they need me to be a business customer before I can access their datasheets, and that's even assuming it's still on the site!) cheers, Jules2011-05-17 02:33 AM
I have it but in paper copy. If you have a fax number (international format, please), I can send it.
