Hi @MSchl.3 ,
the issue should now be solved (at least internally)!
It was linked to fast FOTA(not supported by BlueNRG-2- STVELA-IDB008, SensorTile, or BNRG2A1).

Ok, I have added more BLE-related topics for more help.
On which ST demo platform is mounted the BlueNRG-232 (e.g. the Sensortile, or else)?

I made a small mistake in the title: It is broken since version 4.14 (ST BLE Sensor), it was working in 4.11. !
It is our implementation. We did not change anything. We can select our device in OTA mode within the App, we can select the file in the App at "Select file & flash", but after that the App does not flash anything, we can tap on "Select file & flash" again and again.
It worked perfectly fine in App version 4.11. !
Thanks

BTW, it works perfectly fine on the Android version of the ST BLE App ! but not on iOS 4.14!

Hi @MSchl.3 ,
ok that's clear, thank you for the update.
But which physical board are you using?
The BlueNRG-232 is just the module that should be mounted somewhere.
And are you using the FOTA taking the firmware file from the smartphone memory?

Yes

Why is it that the OTA update is working on 4.11 (iOS) version, but not on the 4.14 (iOS),
and is working on the Android App ?
