Could you recomend me a document that speaks about the format of the matrix parameters obtained trought sensor fusion? For example: linear_acel, quaternion...

are you referring to the MotionFX library of the X-CUBE-MEMS1 FW function pack?

If so, please have a look to the User manual UM2220: MotionFX library, where the various functions called in the library are described.
