The manufacturer of the product will typically supply the datasheet. I would suggest looking at the manufacturer's site of the product you are looking for.

I have been searching for it but I can only see marketing flyer. Pretty sure product exists because certain LIDAR product was based on STMicroelectronics MEMS mirror. Wanted to see if anybody had information handy before reaching out to sales.
