Accelerometer without gravity

Put it on the Space Station.

I presume you mean eliminate the vertical G value. Subtract one G from the vertical reading. If the accelerometer rotates, use a version with a gyro output also and do the vector arithmetic to subtract the effect of gravity.

enable the high pass filter on the chip, it will remove the dc offset (gravity)
