Hi,
during maximum heating tests of our device, we measured a case temperature of +92 °C on the STKNX (on top of the plastic package via thermocouple). The environmental temperature near the STKNX and the PCB was +85 °C.
On the borderline, but ok in my opinion.
To make things easier, is there perhaps a maximum value for the STKNX case temperature?

TAMB = Operating ambient temperature = -40 to +85 °C
