LVDS transceiver RHFLVDSR2D2 - Differential voltage output failure

Hello, I measure the output differential voltage of the drivers (with 100ohm termination resistor) and it is always higher than 0.4V that is referred to the datasheet. What I measure is about 0.68V. Is that normal?

Thank you in advance

Hello @DMala.1

Is this the test circuit you have used.

The datasheet values are according to this test circuit.

Best regards.

Was this chip supplied with 5V? In which case, all bets are off.

Hello and thanks for the answers!

The chip is supplied with 3.3V and I measure on a termination resistor of 100Ohm as in picture 3 of the datasheet, what I don't use is the two capacitors.

To have a credible result, you should use the same conditions as described in the datasheet (you should use the 2 capacitors).

Best regards.
