Please tell me the brightness range of sunlight that VL53L5CX can be used with.

ST provides performance data for 2 illumination references : 0 and 5kLux. Free to you to use the sensors with others ambient light level but you have to keep in mind that the performances will be different. ToF sensors are sensitive to ambient light level.

It's important to clarify that the VL53L5CX is a multi-zone distance sensor using 940 nm wavelength infrared illumination. It's not an ambient light sensor. With that said, I'll share a section from the device's datasheet where different expected performances are specified under various ambient light conditions because performance is affected. While the second column corresponds to 5 Klux, it's worth noting that, depending on the application and the distance to the target, you can achieve excellent results even with significantly higher ambient light.
