Does this laser module have any laser certifications or attestations that demonstrate the laser classification and any additional regulatory information? If you could please provide any documentation on this certification it would be greatly appreciated.

In the US lasers are regulated by the FDA. The rules are this... The manufacturer does the tests and decides what laser class the device is. It then files the test results with the FDA. The FDA then assigns an Accession Number to the paperwork and provides an Accession letter. This letter is your proof that ST did the test and filed the paperwork. (Notice that the FDA does not actually do the test. The test is done in ST's case by an independent lab.)
