We are using lis344alhtr for our IIOT project (nearly 1500 Qty bought). Some of the end users are asking for Calibration certificate , how can we get the same?

With the LIS344ALHTR you have unfortunately chosen a sensor that was not only customer-specific but has also been obsolete for some time. For these reasons, there is no information from STMicroelectronics.
