"2.1 Software Interface" in the VL53L5CX datasheet states that the driver (C code, reference Linux® driver) is delivered.

How can I get this driver?

Please let me know if there is a download URL for the source code.

All the software packages, can be found in the VL53L5CX page on st.com in the "Tools and software" section : VL53L5CX - Time-of-Flight 8x8 multizone ranging sensor with wide field of view (ToF) - STMicroelectronics

Hi Anne,

If I browse to the corresponding link "Get Software" at "Linux Driver for VL53L5CX multi-zone sensor" STSW-IMG025 - Linux driver for VL53L5CX multi-zone sensor - STMicroelectronics there is "no data available in the table".

Seems like the download link is NOT available. Could you please recheck and provide the link to the Linux driver package?

Hi John,

a few days have passed and there is still no Linux driver offered for VL53L5CX at https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-img025.html#overview 🙁. Could you please raise the priority to fix that? Is there an alternative way to get to the driver sources?
