"2.1 Software Interface" in the VL53L5CX datasheet states that the driver (C code, reference Linux® driver) is delivered.

How can I get this driver?

Please let me know if there is a download URL for the source code.

All the software packages, can be found in the VL53L5CX page on st.com in the "Tools and software" section : VL53L5CX - Time-of-Flight 8x8 multizone ranging sensor with wide field of view (ToF) - STMicroelectronics

Hi Anne,

If I browse to the corresponding link "Get Software" at "Linux Driver for VL53L5CX multi-zone sensor" STSW-IMG025 - Linux driver for VL53L5CX multi-zone sensor - STMicroelectronics there is "no data available in the table".

Seems like the download link is NOT available. Could you please recheck and provide the link to the Linux driver package?

a few days have passed and there is still no Linux driver offered for VL53L5CX at https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-img025.html#overview :slightly_frowning_face:. Could you please raise the priority to fix that? Is there an alternative way to get to the driver sources?
