When ST will release more information about the STM32N6? Will it use the new cortex-m55? Can it be used in motor control applications?

Hi @ramil ,

despite there is still no official announcement it is already available in the latest software updates (Cube and CubeIDE). Shortly:

• M55 (with Helium I guess) at 800MHz
• 4MB RAM, no internal flash
• Rich in connectivity: 3xFDCAN, ETH, 2xSDMMC, 2xUSB OTG HS
• Rich in multimedia (CSI, DCMI, GPU2D)
• VFBGA only
