Hi Shiva_Shankar_e, for what I know IAR offer full support for STMicroelectronics' 8-bit STM8 microcontrollers and 32-bit Arm-based microcontrollers.
The SPC582B60E1 is a 32-bit Power Architecture MCU, so what I can suggest is to use our AutoDevKit Studio to code your application.
In Addition, there is an example code for the AEK-AUD-C1D9031 board in AutoDevKit Studio.
With AutoDevKit  Studio, you can also use Green Hills to compile your code.

AutoDevKit Studio is free and can be downloaded from www.ST.com.
