Hello,I am making SPI DAC update function, and I could not get PG11 to output SPI1 clock. While if I switch to PB3 pin, all is perfect. (this is alternate pin for SPI1)If I toggle PG11 as GPIO, I get waveform so where is no short or something similar. Errata is also mute about this....LL_AHB4_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB4_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOG);   LL_GPIO_SetPinMode(GPIOG, LL_GPIO_PIN_11, LL_GPIO_MODE_ALTERNATE); LL_GPIO_SetAFPin_0_7(GPIOG, LL_GPIO_PIN_11, LL_GPIO_AF_5); LL_GPIO_SetPinSpeed(GPIOG, LL_GPIO_PIN_11, LL_GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_HIGH); LL_GPIO_SetPinPull(GPIOG, LL_GPIO_PIN_11, LL_GPIO_PULL_DOWN); LL_GPIO_SetPinOutputType(GPIOG,LL_GPIO_PIN_11,LL_GPIO_OUTPUT_PUSHPULL);This is don't work. I get low level all the time... But if I switch to PB3, all is great:LL_AHB4_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB4_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOB);   LL_GPIO_SetPinMode(GPIOB, LL_GPIO_PIN_3, LL_GPIO_MODE_ALTERNATE); LL_GPIO_SetAFPin_0_7(GPIOB, LL_GPIO_PIN_3, LL_GPIO_AF_5); LL_GPIO_SetPinSpeed(GPIOB, LL_GPIO_PIN_3, LL_GPIO_SPE

What to do if I do not want to load my images to QSPI flash every time I upload the code?

Hi all,I followed the tutorial "STM32CubeIDE basics - 04 EXTI HAL lab" video. I put the code in the CM4 core in my dual core NUCLEO-H745. I had an LED blinking in each core and that worked. I just added the interrupt stuff according to the tutorial video for the user button but it only works if I use debug and step thru the code. It doesn't work if I run the code. Only the interrupt stuff doesn't work. the LEDs blink just fine ... from both cores when run. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Hello?Recently, I was planning to use NUCLEO-L432 to create a smartwatch, but I encountered a fatal problem: running a program using external FLASH can cause the program to freeze.Because I wanted to use LVGL as a graphical interactive interface, the 256K FLASH of L432KCU6 was not enough. Therefore, I used only burning bootloader on the chip and running the program saved in W25Q128 through QSPI. Due to limited funds, I have adopted the FLASH module, which has led to many strange problems (possibly due to non PCB wiring). When I set the main frequency to 80MHZ (maximum), the program can only run for 16 minutes and will freeze; It can run for 40 minutes at 70MHZ; It can run for 60 minutes at 60 MHz, and the time of each stuck is the same. And since I divided the project into bootloader and app, I don't know how to debug my app program, so I don't know exactly where it got stuck.I have no idea about this issue at the moment. May I ask if there is anyone who can provide some suggestions

I have set PB0 and PB1 as EXTI. Also set pin PB2 and PB3 for EXTI inturrupt mode as well. But for PB0 and PB1 interrupt never occurs whereas PB2 and PB3 always working perfectly. What could be the issue. I have attached the sample code below. Reference documents: STM32H755 reference manual - RM0399, ECC implementation guide for STM devices - AN5342I have been implementing a handler for errors triggered by RAMECC on an STM32H755 Nucleo dev board. Testing of the handler has been conducted by initializing RAMECC interrupts and error latching  (monitor specific, the "global interrupts" are not enabled to maintain control on a per monitor basis) and then reading uninitialized memory regions until an interrupt is triggered. In my testing, all of the 32 bit regions, the AXI-SRAM and ITCM-RAM behave as expected - the word offset is latched into the FAR register, and the 1 or 2 32 bit words are latched in the FDRL and FDRH registers as appropriate (FDRH is unused in the 32 bit memory space). Correctness of the FDRL and FDRH registers can be verified by examining the memory that is referenced by the FAR offset (this offset points to a word not a byte, so it needs to be scaled to get the byte address - see AN5342). Hi, I need to control Stlink form python code.1) On some PC I am not able to connect with STLink to my MCU - I tried STM32CubeProg and ST-Link utility. The Error is  UR connection mode is defined with the HWrst reset mode. But why on the same PC the STM32CubeIde can without problem load the program to the MCU? What kinds of "API" STM32CubeIde use? I want these API - because always works!I have not connected RESET pin - but it should not be problem hope2) On the PC when I am able to connect to MCU VIA STM32CubeProgrammer - I also can use STM32CubeProg cli interface to conrol it via python. But is not there something different? Because STM32Cubeprogrammer is too large (about 700 MB on disk?) I also tried ST_Link utitliy - cli, but it was not much reliable.Thank you very much.

The datasheets front page mentions "Reader/Writer" as operating mode, but later only mentions " NFC-A / ISO14443A reader mode". Could you confirm that ISO14443A writing is supported?

Hello,I work for an engineering department. For an new development, I want to discover STM32H5 family to nkow whether cryptographic capabilities are suitable for my project.I tried to learn with the wiki by ST, a learning section uses exactly the same microcontroller for the security parameters. Unfortunately the page is down. It's possible to have this exercise or the good URL to access at this page?Best regards,

I'm using motor profiler for the motor control. I have the following hardware components:STM32 Nucleo-F4446REX-NUCLEO-IHM16M1Mitoot motorIn the motor profiler, it mentions that IHM16M1 can only work sith STM32 Nucleo-G4 and that F4 and IHM16 combined is not supported. Is there a workaround available to test the motor despite this limitation?"

I can link the MotionMC library in the Nordic project and build it successfully. However, the MotionMC_GetLibVersion function is not assigning the version pointer.

I have integrated Micro-ROS into the m4. I have it working such that I am able to publish sensor data and receive it from other nodes. However Micro-ROS takes up a quite a bit of space, 70+ KB. In their documentation it is target at mid tier micro controllers. I am trying to add the parameter server and that pushes the .text over the 128KB limit. I am wondering if it is possible / advisable to recompile the system image to allow for larger text space for the co processor. I believe their are some changes to make to the device tree memory section among other places. My possible options I see would be:Rebuild the system image to increase memory for the M4 and make the other requisite changes to increase the size of the .text spaceDon't use micro-ROS on the m4 and exchange data via packets and a smaller implementation by hand and parse the data on the A7 side to publish it into the ROS2 world.Optimize everything as much as possible to reduce the size and try to keep squeezing it into the

Following the tutorial on How to customize the Linux kernel I made steps as below:Create a custom layer.Add it to the build configuration in bblayers.conf.Create a fragment.config with bitbake menuconfig and put it into my-layer/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-stm32mp/5.15/ as the kernel version is 5.15.Create a my-layer/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-stm32mp_%.bbappend file as advised in the tutorial:FILESEXTRAPATHS:prepend := "${THISDIR}:${THISDIR}/${PN}:"   KERNEL_CONFIG_FRAGMENTS:append = "${WORKDIR}/fragments/${LINUX_VERSION}/fragment-custom.config" SRC_URI:append = " file://${LINUX_VERSION}/fragment-custom.config;subdir=fragments "It seems that the kernel configuration wasn't applied at all, is there something that I'm doing wrong? Without the FILEXTRAPATHS line, the file couldn't be found, yocto didn't look into my-layer at all.

Hello, I'm using STM32H743ZIT6 and have question about DE mode and HSD/VSD mode. In my LCD datasheet is MODE pin with which I can select mode:What are difference between them? If I use DE mode I do not need to generate VSYNC and HSYNC?
