Hello, I am experiencing a problem implementing a simple bootloader similar to the one showed by ST on youtube. I decided to use 32K of flash for the loader, while the remaining flash is available for the application. Linker file of the bootloader:MEMORY { FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x08000000, LENGTH = 32K DTCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 128K RAM_D1 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x24000000, LENGTH = 512K RAM_D2 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x30000000, LENGTH = 288K RAM_D3 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x38000000, LENGTH = 64K ITCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x00000000, LENGTH = 64K }And for the application:MEMORY { FLASH (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x08008000, LENGTH = 2048K - 32K DTCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x20000000, LENGTH = 128K RAM_D1 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x24000000, LENGTH = 512K RAM_D2 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x30000000, LENGTH = 288K RAM_D3 (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x38000000, LENGTH = 64K ITCMRAM (xrw) : ORIGIN = 0x00000000, LENGTH = 64K }The flash start address for the application is therefore 0x08008000. The ISR vector table offs

I would like to set a 1Hz signal on the PC13 (RTC_OUT_CALIB). I have found a manual in document AN3371 (see picture in appendix). The code is also in the appendix. Unfortunately, nothing happens on the PC13 but the RTC works. If anyone has any idea what else to add here, thank you, greetings, KH

I'm debugging an issue where my application is using device mode USB with CDC-ACM and when I come to transmit a data packet on a bulk IN endpoint that is either 64 or 128 bytes in length, the data is not received by the host until either a different length data packet is tx'd or a certain number of 64 byte tx is done.System details:STM32U585MCU package 1.2.0Azure RTOS and USBX (6.2.0) as per MCU package.Win 10 host pcAs far as I can tell, everything is going through the HAL/LL layers correctly:The end point config (DIEPCTL2) has a MPSIZ=0x40 (64 bytes). When it comes to transmit the data, DIEPTSIZ2 gets set with XFERSIZ=0x40, PKTCNT=1, MCNT=0 and the endpoint is enabled (within USB_EPStartXfer in the HAL).The ITTXFE interrupt is enabled so the function `PCD_WriteEmptyTxFifo` gets called as expected and `USB_WritePacket()` is called to shift the 64 bytes in to the FIFO.However, running wireshark on the PC side shows no IN data at all. If I transmit 63 bytes from the device then all is go

Hi, we have to use a secure bootloader for STM32U585.I have reading documentation about SFI and SBSFU and I am confusing.1)   Is theresomewhere a porting of SBSFU on this device? We want to use a custom secureBootloader that only check update inside external memory and flash it if securitycheck is ok.I have written all the code to do it. But I don’t know where to store my RSA KEY. I want to use both RHUK and BHK.2)   Where is the correct location to store BHK and RHUK key fir a correct security use?If I am correct from my SBSFU reading, KEYs are just stored inside Internal Secure Flash (0x0C000000) and RDP is used to limit access to Flash from DEBUG port (SWD/JTAG).3)   If yes why this key are not accessible to application? Is it because Application should not be executed in secure world? Thanks to help me

Hello,I want to use the LIS3MDL for a project. I am using a microcontroller with I2C lines at 3V3. In the datasheet there is mentioned that the typical voltage for VDDIO is 1V8 but with a range up to VDD +0.1 V. I will power the device (VDD) with 3V3. If I also use 3V3 for the VDDIO will the sensor communicate at 3V3 or 1V8. Thank you in advance

Hi everyone, I want to use other LCD-TFT screen with the STM32MP15X-EVAL board but there is something strange with this connector. There are two duplicated pins, R5 and R7 , but looking for on the board documentation, I can't find anything related with this. What is these pins function? Thanks in advice.

Hello I just found out that the HAL_Delay() delay actually takes 1ms longer than the desired value. Why?STM CUBE IDE 1.9.0STM32F072RBT6

Dear Sir,I am using the RFAL driver and I would like to achieve reading multiple ISO15693 tags. How can I obtain the UID of multiple tags with RFAL driver? thank you very much in advance.Best regardsDai Sai

In my case I configured my counter as center aligned mode and my PWM mode as PWM mode 1.Finally I used the CCR(compare capture register) but i don't have no idea how this CCR work that means it sends a PWM signal every period of time or point by point.Thank you for your answer.

I have designed a custom developer board based on STM32WB55CGU6. I have both JTAG and SWD pins on the board. None of them works when I try to connect the board to the STLINK v3MINIE. Except any hardware issues, what else do you suggest for the very first-time flash for a new MCU.

DearI installed AutoDevkitstudio yesterday. As I can see I should go to this web site"hightec-rt.com/en/" and get a license but in this site there is not any form that I fill it and get a license. Pleas help me more for getting license!. Thank you

I have a STM32H7 connected to a STM32L1 via RS485. I would like to use the H7 to reprogram the L1 using the system bootloader.Has the USART to be full duplex?Thank you, regards

I have had testing the SensorTile.Box and today I was trying to turn it on to continue testing and dosen't work, leds didn't ligth up and the sensortilebox looks broken. I was trying to reset the sensor (plug in and plug off the battery) and press the power bottom but didn't works.Whether someone could help me pls.

I am using X-NUCLEO NFC08A1 dev board & NUCLEO-L476RG base board with STM32 IDE. I want to detect NFC card on eval board but currently the card is not getting detected. can you please help to solve this issue.not able to receive data on serial port also.

Hi,I have just installed STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.12.1 Build: 16088_20230420_1057 (UTC) onto my Kubuntu 22.04.2 LTS (fully updated) system. The install process ended stating that the IDE had been installed correctly.I then wanted to install the package STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.27.0. So, following the step given by community member RJepp.1 on https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W00001vE2MNSA0/how-do-i-install-stm32cube-mcu-package-for-stm32f4-series-1271-without-an-internet-connection, I also went to (IDE) Help->Manage Embedded Software Packages. However, in my case, nothing appeared on screen. All that happened was that the Help drop down menu disappeared.I should state that I did this while the IDE was displaying the Information Center<tab>/STM32CubeIDE Home page/screen.In the response noted above it is stated that "1. rename the main pack from "en.stm32cubef4_v1-27-0.zip" to "stm32cube_fw_f4_v1270.zip". I did this. The response noted above also stated that "2. Copy the zip file

Hello,I am looking at the smartcard example application - https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeG4/tree/master/Projects/STM32G474E-EVAL/Examples/SMARTCARD/SMARTCARD_T0_MFXIn the project .ioc file, I see that the Baud Rate is set to 10752 Bits/s, and the smartcard clock frequency is 3.863636 MHz.How was that baud rate calculated/determined, considering the above clock frequency?Thank you,D.

Does ST have list of STM32 MCU's with 10/100 Ethernet MII/RMII module? Also does ST have an MCU's with 10/100 Ethernet MII/RMII module in 64 pin package.I know for STM32F207xx series 100 pin package.

Hi,My application will use intensively use Virtual Com Port to exchange datas from my board to the PC. I would like to make sure that debugging through STLink is still possible as i will be exchanging datas. Does St Link use the same USB port for debug and application ?Thanks

I have successfully implemented a ZigBee coordinator/router with an on/off-server-cluster based on a STM32WB5MMG module. My application is able to form a network and automatically allows certain off-the-shelf ZigBee On/Off-Clients to join the network and bind to the cluster within my device. Persistency is working well, too.As long as my coordinator is fabric new it starts forming the network and allows other devices to join for a certain periode of time. But when there is valid persistence data no additional devices can join, because the network forming process is skipped (I followed the "Zigbee_OnOff_Coord_NVM" example from STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.16.0).This raises two questions:1) How can I allow more devices to join the network? Wich API functions must I call for that?2) How can I detected that the joining-window has closed on my coordinator?Thank you very much for any hints or help Thomas

Hi all,I imagine it is to simulate that I'm looking from the top thru the package. I can see a quick repaint if I minimize cubeIDE and maximize it. I rather it didn't look so dark. I wasn't born with good eye sight and the darkness makes it hard to read the labels. Is there a way to get rid of the dark overlay? Thanks

We have a battery driven system based on STM32G031K8 and a S2-LP for RF running from a CR2032.I use the shutdown mode to keep power as low as possible. System is done by a reed contact connected to a wake up pin.We want to find out, whether the battery was entered, or the system reset was caused by exiting the shutdown mode.Further on, we use the standby mode and we want to know when the reset occurs, whether it was caused by exiting the shutdown mode or by exiting the standby mode.As both modes do a reset on exiting, I see no difference at the moment.Any ideas?Furthermore, when the battery is getting low, the processor does some resets, when the battery voltage drops below 1.7V and after some time, the battery recovers a little bit.Any ideas how to find out the difference betweeen that. Hence the battery voltage is not a good indicator, I already tried that.

Hi,I am using STM32F407 discoveryboard and I am trying to set the RCC configuration such as the clock frequency is 168 MHz. I configure the register as I want but some bits at the RCC_PLLCFGR registers are already assigned to 1, and when I cleared these bits, the code wasn't work. I am adding the code below(I am using STM32CubeIDE) Could you help me please?#define PLL_M 8#define PLL_N 336#define PLL_P 0 // PLLP = 2extern uint32_t SystemCoreClock;uint32_t systemClock;void RCC_Config(void){ RCC->CR |= (1 << 16); // HSE On while(!(RCC->CR & RCC_CR_HSERDY)); // Wait HSE Active RCC->CR |= (1 << 19); // CSS On RCC->PLLCFGR |= (1 << 22);  // PLL Source is HSE RCC->PLLCFGR |= (4 << 0);  // PLL_M : 4 RCC->PLLCFGR |= (168 << 6); // PLL_N : 168 RCC->CR |= (1 << 24);     // PLL is on while(!(RCC->CR & (1 << 25))); // Wait PLL Ready RCC->CFGR &= ~(1 << 0);  &
