Hey.. Hi.. hello..Hope you all are doing wellI've my custom made board, which is quite similar with the STM32MP157 DK2 board Unfortunately, it's unable to bootDTS configuration for the PMIC, Clock and UART seems good I need to starts with the SPL/U-boot I need to know, is there any way to debug the SPL/U-boot via CubeIDE ?I'm intended to do GDB debug via JTAG All suggestions and recommendations welcome Thanks :)

I had downloaded the source code and try to build the project with Xcode 10.2. it show that "Checksign.h" is missing. I cannot find this header in any source folder. Is it a external header?I am new to iOS app development. :grinning_face_with_sweat:

This App Note is identified by the following meta-data:Identifiers: AN4027, Doc ID 022604 Rev 1Title: "12 V - 150 W resonant converter with synchronous rectification using the L6563H, L6699 and SRK2000"Author: Claudio Spini.Date: July 2012Hello Sir/Madam,Question 1: The schematic on page 12/38 shows a connection between D16K & R34. (Note: D16 anode is connected to L6699 pin 3, CF). That connection is marked "connection made by re-work". I seek an explanation as to why this connection was done.Question 2: Several components on the schematic are marked "N.M.", eg: D16, C43. What does "N.M." mean? Many thanks!Edit 02-Dec-2020: Added image below, the relevant portion of the schematic.

Hello Everyone, im am building a custom PCB using the NUCLEO-H755ZI-Q as a reference but i am not sure what the difference between the STM32H755ZIT6 and the STM32H755ZIT6U is. The scematic uses the STM32H755ZIT6U but that one isnt in stock, so i would like use the STM32H755ZIT6. Is there any difference between these two? Can someone help me?

I use CR95HF with UART communication for some applications. I notice that occasionally (seemingly at random) the CR95 will stop responding to any UART commands. I send an ECHO and receive no response. I have experienced this with several of my own designs as well as with X-NUCLEO-NFC03A1 development boardOn the rare occasion that I catch this and am able to troubleshoot I have tried cycling power to the chip. This usually fixes it, but not always. Sometimes I have to leave power off for minutes before it will work again.I began suspecting that the issue was temperature dependent as the problem only seems to occur after ~1 hour of being powered up. I tested heating and cooling the device while sending ECHO commands but could not reproduce the problem at all.My best guess now is that the problem stems from the crystal oscillator. I noticed that the oscillator is not always running during normal operation. Perhaps it has trouble starting up in some scenarios? Is there any known issue with

I built the project with CubeMX 6.2.1. I have added the call in main to the sequencer. I have added the sequencer header file. I have added the IPCC IRQHandler functions to stm32wbxx_it.c.The project builds fine and downloads to the NUCLE0 WB55. It starts up and advertises as expected but it will not let me connect to it.Attached is my CubeMX project.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone! To be honest, I have been struggling for a while with the LCD of my STM32F769I-DISCO in order to display on this one either a picture or a word. The screen stays switched off (or it looks like it). I have already followed many instructions available on the Internet and I still don't find any solution. Do some complete tutorials exist, especially in a video format?I'm using STM32CubeIDE.I truly thank you in advance for your help.Sincerely,

Hello, I am using Keil and generating a *.bin file of my program from the *.axf file.I would like to know if there is a way to check before loading the binary file if it is corrupted. Is there some checksum to read or something.

I want to read LIS2DTW12 data using SPI which is also shared with another device, can I use the LIS2DTW12 CS pin as chip select and operate devices one by one.because according to the LIS2DTW12 datasheet:State of CS1: SPI idle mode / I²C communication enabled;0: SPI communication mode / I²C disabledi.e if cs = 1 --> I2C Enabled, read/write operation on another device will disturb the LIS2DTW12 device.

It complains about not finding mfc140.dll.I do have mfc140.dll in C:\Windows\System32.What next?JW[EDIT] The CLI does not run either, throws the same error:  After copying mfc140.dll into the directory where the stlink-utility executable is located (d:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\STM32 ST-LINK Utility 4.5\ST-LINK Utility\), attempting to run it results in  [EDIT2] You may have noticed that the directory name I mentioned above contains "4.5". That's because running the installator it offered only to rewrite the existing installation, with no further options - which is quite nasty, too. After uninstalling v4.6 and reinstalling v4.5 (which I wisely archived), v4.5 works.

If I want CubeIde to use a specific gnu arm version which is on my local system, should I just setup the build variable "gnu_arm_embedded_compiler_path" ? Is that enough? If I wish to check the current version that cube ide is using, how do I do that?Sorry, maybe basic questions but would be of help. Thanks!

The 'reset debug' icon was displayed in V1.6.0 but is no longer visible in V1.6.1. Is this a bug in V1.6.1 or a configuration error of mine? The code is running in the Flash, not RAM (as far as I am aware). Thanks! Mike.

Also, I am Facing an issue with the proxy setting I am select No proxy and I see an error like this "Problem during server connection" How to resolve this? Please.

Hi all,I'm currently deploying hardware that can have either the LIS2HH12 or IIS2DLPCAccording to the datasheet the LIS2HH12 stores the temperature as two's complement / 11 bit / 8 digit per degrees celcius.So I convert it this way:int16_t tilt_read_temp(void) { uint8_t temperature[2]; int32_t temp;   lis2hh12_temperature_raw_get(&dev_ctx, temperature);   temp = (temperature[1] << 8) | temperature[0]; temp = temp>>5; temp = ((temp * 125) / 10) + 2500; temp = temp / 10; return temp; }This gives me 211 my notation for 21.1 degreesThe other sensor IIS2DLPC should be 12 bits, two's complement 16 lsb per degrees celcius.So I convert that one as:int16_t tilt_read_temp(void) { uint8_t temperature[2]; int32_t temp;   iis2dlpc_temperature_raw_get(&dev_ctx, temperature);   temp = (temperature[1] << 8) | temperature[0]; temp = temp>>4; temp = ((temp * 625) / 100) + 2500; temp = temp / 10; return temp; }But this one returns 27

Posted on March 01, 2018 at 11:24Hi,I am struggling with moving from the obsolete LSM303D sensor to the LSM303AGR sensor.I had the LSM303D sensor working correctly in continuous mode with the STM32F1 processor using 4 wire SPI mode. But I cannot get the 3 wire SPI interface to work correctly with either sensor.Concentrating on the LSM303AGR sensor - Currently I have CS_XL and CS_MAG inputs commoned up and driven from a single output of the STM32F1 master device. I assume this is incorrect and the 2 slave select inputs are mutually exclusive in SPI mode?I was hoping that the slave select (CS) was irrelevant as SPI 3 wire interface is more like I2C, but I assume the accelerometer and magnetometer are treated as separate SPI slave devices in the LSM303AGR?I just realized that although all register addresses between the accelerometer and magnetometer are unique, the address for multiple reads are not unique; multiple read for XL start address = 0xE8 (0x28 | Read bit | multiple registe

Hello, according to the datasheet for the LPS22HH, in Table 3 the temperature sensor operating range is -40C to +85C. Further down, it specifies that the temperature sensor absolute accuracy is +/- 1.5C from 0C to 80C. What is the accuracy from -40C to 0C?Thanks,Derek

When there is an ADC analog watchdog on DAC1 channel 1 output, cube generates the string ADC_CHANNEL_DAC1CH1_ADC2 (which throws an error) instead of ADC_CHANNEL_DAC1CH1.No big problems but worth telling.

I have problem with the DCMI in STM32H7A3.DCMI FIFO never get filled and the DMA interrupt never start. does any one faced this issue with this new uc?I have Camera system runs on STM32H743 and now we use the new STM32H7A3 but the problem the DCMI FIFO never get filled so the DMA never start the transfer. i have the Vsync and H sync working and the pixel clock too. I wonder if there is informations related to this new uc.

I am new to touchgfx ide and also LCD interface. i am planning to use STM32 with LTDC interface for interfacing TFT lcd. But i am a little confused while selecting the development board. I want to use a screen with a resolution of 800x480. but i can see some boards has that resolution but with a different interface (MIPI DSI). Which processor I can select from the STM32F4xxx series and development board (STM32F4xxx) that can drive LCD (800x480).

These errors arise at my first attempt to compile the generated code from the ioc file before coding any task functions. This is just to check everything is setup correctly before delving into code. Please note this is my first touchGFX app.

Hi,in my Project I need a millisecond timer. Therefore I try to use TIM3. Now I have the following problem. For example, when the MCU runs in Run-Mode at 80 MHz TIM3 fires every 1 ms according to its configuration. But when the MCU runs in low power mode at 2 MHz, TIM3 fires at a too low frequency (around a factor of 3). After studying the datasheet and testing around with the configuration, I have no idea what it is. I think the configuration should be ok. What am I doing wrong? Does somebody has any idea? Here is my configuration of the system clocks.void g_system_clock_config_lowpower(void) { RCC_OscInitTypeDef RCC_OscInitStruct = {0}; RCC_ClkInitTypeDef RCC_ClkInitStruct = {0}; RCC_PeriphCLKInitTypeDef PeriphClkInit = {0};   // Reset the RCC clock configuration to the default reset state. I start STM32CUBEMX as beginnger.so I refer to https://www.st.com/content/dam/kms/Contents/Reflibrary/STM32CubeMX_Quick_Guide.pdfbut it outdated. so i want get updated file. also i want to get STM32Programmer reference . ***Moderation Edit: please do not post your email address on this website***

Hi,I have been trying to flash the SD card of the STM32MP157A-DK1 following the instructions of the ST Wiki, although in this wiki the board used is the DK2. However the flashing process stops after a while and shows the errors that i attach in the pictures. The CubeProgrammer version is the 2.6. After some research i saw that another option could be execute the flashing process from the command shell but i have not been able to do it because it never finds the file to be flashed, despite copying it in the STM32CubeProgrammer\bin folder. Thanks in advance.

Hello,using STSW-ST25RFAL002 to version 0x020200U (RFAL Current Version: v2.2.0) I encountered a problem in card emulation mode, practically the state machine remaine blocked on the RFAL_NFC_STATE_LISTEN_ACTIVATION state indefinitely rfal_nfc.c: 518 the rfalNfcListentivation() function always return ERR_BUSY.This happened to me with several Android smartphones (with iPhone 2020 se no problem).I solved it by adding this patch:--- a/STSW-ST25RFAL002/source/rfal_nfc.c +++ b/STSW-ST25RFAL002/source/rfal_nfc.c @@ -516,6 +516,13 @@ void rfalNfcWorker( void )   /*******************************************************************************/ case RFAL_NFC_STATE_LISTEN_ACTIVATION: + if( platformTimerIsExpired( gNfcDev.discTmr ) ) /* Check if the total duration has been reached */ + { + rfalListenStop(); + gNfcDev.state = RFAL_NFC_STATE_START_DISCOVERY; /* Restart the discovery loop */ + rfalNfcNfcNotify( gNfcDev.state ); /* Notify caller */ + break; + } case RFAL_NFC_STATE_LI
