Thank you @Vangelis Fortounas​ ,The only obvious difference as per the Datasheet is the memory size:

4 Meg x 32 (1 Meg x 32 x 4 banks), proposed replacement is 2 Meg x 32 (512K x 32 x 4 banks).

My main concern is the External Loader "MT25TL01G_STM32H750B-DISCO, 0x90000000, NOR_FLASH, MT25TL01G_STM32H750B-DISCO.stldr" provided by IDE, will it work with MT48LC2M32B2B5-6A IT:J TR?
