Hi,I am trying to interface a rotary encoder to A7 on STM32MP1.I was able to get the CubeMx COnfiguration done and got the device tree file generated. Also looked into this document: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Interrupt_overview#pinctrl_irqchipHowever i could not understand simply how do i detect interrupt has happened and take decision over it? How are interrupt handler for this needs to be written?

Hi All,Does anyone can confirm that is possible to send video signal via B-LCDAD-HDMI1 converter to some monitor with a HDMI connector?Best RegardsAndrzej

Most of the sample shows how to add these ranges to the Wildcard Range0-9,A-Z,a-zHow does one add punctuation chars into the Typography using TouchGFX designer?. period ? question mark ! exclamation point .. etcAdding it as comma separators in Wildcard Ranges does not work.Do we need to do it using the other columns? If so what is the difference between "Wildcard Characters" and "Widget Wildcard Characters"?Also, with these being generated as glyphs, am I right to think that Wildcard ranges for larger point fonts will consume more code space? (i.e. 15pt vs 32pt fonts of the same typography)Thanks for everyone's time

If there is a release plan after version 1.0.0, what are the major changes?

we have several device with STM32H753, and they are talking to each other, over LwIP.one of the devices is the master who charges on the protocol communication between all other peripheral devices.the master send a ack message to each device in a loop, and each device replies its own status. Now, I have an issue that a peripheral device after few hours stop communicating. On WireShark I see messages going to the peripheral device, but nothing came out.The device is not got stuck, it is still running, but no message trigger the Ethernet Interrupt. can you please help me out here, what did I missed?what do I need to check? Thanks,Lior

I am new to stm32, I have a stm32F407VG discovery board. I tried to implement an interrupt using the user button and added HAL_Delay() inside the interrupt function. After I press the Button the Interrupt execute but it got stuck there, it is not coming back to main(). What should I do to handle this ?

Hi ST Teams! We've made a custom board with sdcard and mmc, all these device can be viewed from uboot/linux userspace. We are mainly using starter kit (v1.2) with modified tfa/uboot.For mmc programming, using Cube Programmer CLI(v2.5) we have only uart option available.I've got few questions about emmc:**What is the maximum baudrate we can have on UART boot in order to program emmc (921600)? We manage to begin to program at 115200 but it takes far too long time.At higher speed we have an error message stating:File download completeTime elapsed during download operation: 00:00:04.221RUNNING Program ...  PartID:     :0x01 Start operation done successfully at partition 0x01GETPHASE command not acknowledged!Reemission of GetPhase commandGETPHASE command not acknowledged!Reemission of GetPhase commandGETPHASE command not acknowledged! We tried to add "-tm 1000" option in command line but doesn't help.Any hints?**Does we have to erase it (emmc) before any update?i

How to generate a break when the supply voltage drops below a certain value in the HAL?Andrzej

With the G4 Cube package version 1.1.0 I could configure OPAMPs as  "PGA Internally Connected" and only the positive Input is enabled. With version 1.3.0 also the negative input is enabled. OPAMPs where this is not possible due to pin conflicts are silently disabled. My interpretation of the datasheet is that the old behavior is correct and it should be possible to use the OPAMP only with a positive input.Version 1.1.0:Version 1.3.0:

Using the stm32h745I-disco board and there seems to be an issue using HAL_SPI_Transmit in a loop. I get the correct SPI data for the initial transmission, but after that the 16-bit value is all over the place. Only 0xFFFF remains the same over the loop. Pressing reset button also gives the same behavior when function is taken out of main loop.Configuration:static void MX_SPI2_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN SPI2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END SPI2_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE BEGIN SPI2_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END SPI2_Init 1 */ /* SPI2 parameter configuration*/ hspi2.Instance = SPI2; hspi2.Init.Mode = SPI_MODE_MASTER; hspi2.Init.Direction = SPI_DIRECTION_2LINES_TXONLY; hspi2.Init.DataSize = SPI_DATASIZE_16BIT; hspi2.Init.CLKPolarity = SPI_POLARITY_HIGH; hspi2.Init.CLKPhase = SPI_PHASE_2EDGE; hspi2.Init.NSS = SPI_NSS_SOFT; hspi2.Init.BaudRatePrescaler = SPI_BAUDRATEPRESCALER_256; hspi2.Init.FirstBit = SPI_FIRSTBIT_MSB; hspi2.Init.TIMode = SPI_TIMODE_DISA

HelloI just received my STEVAL-IDB008V1M evaluation kit. I have been trying to upload my code to the board for several hours after a successful compilation. But I always have this error message" no ST-LINK detected". I also installed the STLINK USB Driver but I still have the same error message. Can someone help me fix the problem ? Thank you

Hello,I am a developer making a product that controls the M24512-A125 EEPROM with I2C.I am positive about the M24512-A125 product.I have a question while developing.I know there is a limit to the write cycles. Please let me know if my analysis is correct. In the figure below, I made a Memory Map as I thought.I understood that at a temperature of 125℃, one memory address can write 600,000 write cycles. Is that correct? I look forward to your reply.Best Regards,

Hello, I used CubeProgrammer 2.7.0 to get infos about a board with STM32F??? (device marking on the chip not completely readable)I enabled the checkbox "Read Unprotect", the documentation says it is "changing the RDP level from level 1 to level 0".After this the device does not work anymore. Does the change of RDP level include erasing the firmware? Or can I change the RDP level back to 1 (how?) to get the device working again (I don't habve the original firmware to flash the device...)? Thank you.

STEVAL-PTOOL1V1 , is it support 500 rpm to 12000rpm in three wire BLDC Mode. My motor operate 12v or 24V. i Want to Run this BLDC Motor from 500 rpm to 12000rpm at a PWM or Analog Speed Control.i want to also Direction change and Break. this Board has the features?

Hello Community team,a new article is now available in the Knowledge articles section:Fan rack condition monitoring with industrial sensor machine learning core --- 1/2Fan rack condition monitoring with industrial sensor machine learning core --- 2/2It describes in all the details how to use the Machine Learning Core (MLC) configuration in the ST MEMS sensors that can be found on the STWIN evaluation board. This example shows how MLC functionality embedded in ISM330DHCX can be used for fan rack condition monitoring use case.Enjoy it!

Hi,I founded informations about the HAL systick functions, but I found nothing about systick registers in the ref manual of STM32F429/439 and STM32H745/755.For Cortex M3 STM32F10xxx/20xxx/21xxx/L1xxxx, I founded informations in the PM0056 Programming manual about systick in the chapter 4.5 SysTick timer (STK) but no similar chapter for the processors that I use..Why? Where I can fin this information?Regards

Look over the debug message, my screen szie is oversize. Can I set the default screen size bigger? My screen widget is in a selfmake container, so that is hard to separate into different screens.debug message: error palce:

I'm trying to rebuild the kernel as described on the wiki page. When I run make, the wiki shows unexplained choices that eventually result in an error. Is there a possible problem?(unexpected) following choices appearBest Regards

I want to display 2 images in a screen, but it only display 1 image when used IAR to generate code. The project does not make any changes and generates code in KEIL, then it succeeds. (The code optimizations is none and CSTACK / HEAP space is large enough in IAR.)

I am trying to configure Bluetooth on STM32WB5MMG Module, but iam not able to find IPCC option in CubeMX.Please help me out.

Hi, I want to make a big image gradually darken, I used setAlpha() and invalidate() function in handleTickEvent(), but frequent use of setAlpha() and invalidate() function slows down tick time.Is there a better way to implement this feature?

Hi there,in the ADC FIrmware driver API Description for the STM32G0 family a table exists that shows which LL function accesses what register. In the UM2570 (which is the same doc but for STM32G4) this table is missing. This is giving me a hard time figuring out which function to use to achieve what I want to do as the TRM is just talking about registers.Another thing I'd love to have is a bunch of predefined structs that address the various registers so that I could write something like this:ADC1.ADC_CR.bit.ADCCAL = ADC_CAL_ENABLE;Is there a header file that implements something like this or is the LL and HAL API the usual way to program the registers? Thanks in advance!Lenn
