I want SPC56, SPC57 and SPC58 MCAL for AUTOSAR 3.0 and 4.0 (STSW-SPC5-MCAL)(Of course the microcontroller that I use, is SPC563M64L5)Please advise me how to prepare it.

Posted on January 12, 2018 at 20:49Hello,I am trying to use SDMMC/SDIO with DMA + FATFS. When creating project on stm32f7, I can find and configure DMA streams for the sdmmc.I am working with cubeMX version 4.23.Screenshot from STM32F7 - DISCO cube configuration:Screenshot from STM32H7- NUCLEO cube configuration:Does the cube missing a DMA tab in SDMMC configuration? Maybe it defined in another place in the cube?Best regards,Marina#fatfs-sdio #cubemx-4.23 #dma

Hi,I'm trying to program the SensorTile.box (in Pro Mode), I've tested the available examples from Function Packages and they are working. The thing is when I create a new project for the SensorTile.box with CubeIDE then CubeMX, the BSP generated and the BSP used for the examples applications are not really the same.So my main question is, what is the easiest way to program the SensorTile.box ? Creating my application from scratch with CubeMX or by modifying applications examples ?I thought using an application example as a basis would be easier but no example integrate all the middlewares I need, so to add middlewares, it's by copying the files or how ? Because the Middlewares .c and .h appear as kind of shortcuts in the examples, I don't know how to add shortcuts to files like this Regards

Hello, I'm attempting to use the SDMMC with an SD card, and with DMA. However, when I use the STM32CubeMX IDE, there is no option to enable or use the DMA. Using: STM32CubeMX version 5.3.0Here's the configuration for SDMMC1 on the STM32H743And here it is for SDMMC1on the STM32F7Notice that there is no DMA configuration option for the H7, but there is for the F7.Does this mean that ST doesn't have DMA based drivers on the H7? With the polling drivers, my performance is extremely slow -- something like 0.2MB/sec. Any idea how to get reasonably high write speeds on the SDMMC interface on the H7?BTW, I'm using a custom board without the transceiver. Thanks, -Caleb

I am using SPC560P50L5 microcontroller. Can I code with MPC560 microcontrollers and CodeWarriorIDE software and transfer the hex file to SPC560P50L5 microcontroller???

Hi,During the holidays, my dad asked me to fix an old device of his. There doesn't seem to be any visible damage (eg. leaking caps or corrosion on the PCB), so I wanted to check if all the ICs on it are still functioning correctly. However, for many of these chips I can't find any documentation whatsoever. (The device is from '93, one part bears a datecode marking of the 49th week of 1992). One of these unknown chips is an XRU8871 (photo attached below), which, according to this page, was manufactured by ST. (I also already tried contacting ROHM, to no avail, and I've also just posted a question on the TI E2E forum as TI and NS are also listed as manfuacturers.) Does anyone happen to know anything about this chip?ThanksPhoto of the chip:(FYI, the big chip on the bottom is an HMCS400-series 4-bit microcontroller.)

Is there a way to reorder the peripheral initialization functions in the main.c auto code without opening the .ioc file? MX_DMA_Init() was getting called after MX_USART1_UART_Init() in my project, which was causing the DMA instance's registers to not update inside HAL_UART_MspInit(), and thus made the entire peripheral to fail (which I'm pretty sure is a bug).Using STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.8.0 (Build: 11526_20211125_0815 (UTC))For anyone else that runs into this kind of thing (assuming there isn't a proper fix), I manually reordered the functions by editing ProjectManager.functionlistsort in the project .ioc file.

I think this is more of a c programming question rather than a MCU question, but I figured I would ask anyway. I am trying to append the chip ID from an STM32WB onto the BLE local name for my application and am having trouble figuring out how to do this.my local name is a const char *name = TESTMy chip id is a uint32_t Device_ID which was read from the device register (0x1FFF7580).lets say the Device_ID = 0x8BE4...How can I combine these two such that my local name ends up being "TEST 8BE4"

I have a SPC56XX part which I need to unlock for a JTAG OnCE debug session. The procedure for enabling debug on a locked device is described in AN4035, however when I follow the steps I get no response from the MCU when sending correct password. Is there a more detailed explanation of the procedure for sending JTAG password to the MCU?Thanks

Hello community !The last part needed for my implementation is an MCU to MCU multislave communication. From a hardware point of view LTC6820 (isoSPI) devices will be used attached to an STM32F4 on the host side and up to 10 STM32F103 as slaves. The LTC6820 will drive CS low software driven to allow the slaves to wakeup from sleep and have their SPI ports setup (this is done in EXTI ISR).The master STM32F4 uses DMA buffering for both Xmit and Receive. In order to analyze the incoming SPI frames i setup the STM32F103 to use interrupts for receiving and start communication in "SPI_Direction_2Lines_RxOnly" Mode (i.e. Bit 10 rxonly is 1). The slaves shall send their response only when addressed (i.e: address matches) and i wanted to use TXDMA (DMA1Channel5). For this reason all slaves have their DMA setup accordingly and whichever of them is addressed starts transmission after the command block was received with the matching address. So after the command block of 8 bytes the RX ISR switches of

HelloVersion 6.4.0 (and maybe some versions before) introduces an ugly dialog box when generating code. This dialog box breaks command line generation because it needs somebody to click. Can it be replaced by a warning in the logs?ThanksJulien

I'm trying to build a .npz file with multiple input and output data.I achieved to add just one input and output using this code:np.savez('STM32TestData.npz', m_inputs_1=input_1, m_outputs_1=output_1, )   This works fine, but just one pair of data.Adding more keys as 'm_inputs_2', 'm_outputs_2' didn't worked.np.savez('STM32TestData.npz', m_inputs_1=input_1, m_outputs_1=output_1, m_inputs_2=input_2, m_outputs_2=output_2, )     E204(ValParamError): number of input arrays is invalid, 2 instead 1Also I tried to save data as dictionaries with keys 'm_inputs_idx', 'm_outputs_idx' with 'idx' from 1 to N, but the same error occurred.np.savez('STM32TestData.npz', **inputs_dict, **outputs_dict)   E204(ValParamError): number of input arrays is invalid, 439 instead 1What is the correct way to do it?Additionally, what does 'c_inputs_<idx> and c_outputs_<idx> (multiple I

Hi ST members, sorry to say this but FDCAN documentation is not the best part at least in RM0433.I found some more clarity in AN5348 but still can't get ahead. There are these lines in AN5348, page 18:Up to 32 elements are supported by the FDCAN. Each element stores the identifier, the DLC, the control bits (ESI, XTD, RTR, BRS, FDF), the data field, the bits field message marker and the event FIFO control bit of only one message. But I could not find how this is set up in detail. I started to fiddle it out of HAL code but I am not sure if this is complete and anyway this should not be the way to do it.So some more information or links is greatly welcome. Also some examples with setup for Tx and Rx and what is happening in the application would be great. Thanks a lotMartin

I created the WB project from the application type of custom.I used the embedded PGA to measure the current of three phase. But the ADC channel of phase W is disabled.I checked the example project of B-G431B-ESC1, the ADC channel of phase W is enabled.

What are the physical differences between NUCLEO-WL55JC1 and NUCLEO-WL55JC2 Dev boards. Is it possible to convert the NUCLEO-WL55JC2 to a NUCLEO-WL55JC1?The NUCLEO-WL55JC1 seems to be unavailable on the market at this point.

hello everyone, am working with the laser sensor tw10sp to mesure distance and interfacing it with UART. It require commands to work. i send the HEX command via UART and it response always with the same HEX number (clearly something wrong).Any help please !!

I have been trying to connect to stm32mp157x-DK2 via on board stl-ink and to my custom board via stlink-v3set, using the STM32CubeProgrammer, but on both boards I get the same error. I have tried selecting engineer and productions mode - no luck. What am I doing wrong? - see a picture bellowAlso why stm32mp157x-DK2 - allows full access via uart to boards memory and custom board does not (see schematics bellow)1.pic. J-tag error of not detecting MPU on eval-board.2.Pic. Eval-board st-link schematics.3.Pic.Custom board - pins that connects to STlink-V3set.

Hello ST Community,Documentation for the Motor Control Toolkit and L9907 often reference a SPC5 Motor Control Live Monitor. Is the Live Monitor still downloadable from somewhere, even if we have not bought the kit with a motor, L9907 and SPC560P? The Live Monitor does not come with the Motor Control Toolkit addon for SPC5 Studio.Thank you in advance for any clues where to find it!

Hallo,I can't find any info about this theme! Can someone please help me with some hints on how to "connect" FATFS as filesystem driver with the SDMMC1 interface (in 4 bits mode) as hardware. Many Thanks in advance,Michael
