Project = CubeMX + STM32F469ZITx + 320x240 TFT.I have set up CubeMX correctly as far as I can tell, but I am getting the error "Width/height values must equal LTDC Window width/height"In the TouchGFX Generator, they are populated automatically!, so how can they be wrong? Please advise where I have made a mistake.Thanks,Chris.

Hi,The same as the title, I'm confused that why NOT just use systick as the tick of RTOS.The aim of the systick is for good portability of the RTOS, yes?

BLE-HID demo of STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.14.1 not working with Android 13 ?Hello,The BLE_Hid of demo STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.14.1 does not work with my Android 13 phone at all (services cannot be listed at all in nRFconnect)while it only kind of works with my Android 12 one (I can list the services with nRFconnect but cannot access them with an error BLUETOOTH_PRIVILEDGED required).- STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.12.0 Build: 14980_20230301_1550 (UTC)- STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.14.1- BLE stack used is stm32wb5x_BLE_Stack_light_fw.bin from the same firmware package, and I have confirmed that it works using other example projects (BLE_Beacon for example)- code is STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.14.1\Projects\P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo\Applications\BLE\BLE_Hid without any modification- Nucleo board has no modification, and has the appropriate jumpers (tested using other BLE demos)The serial interface of the HID demo (the menu allowing to select mouse x,y,wheel and buttons) works as expected when clicking SW1, and I can change the v

In the ancient times, RM0316 used to contain also 'F302, but that changed long ago. Yet some relics remained, causing confusion: and a couple of more, related to these two, easily found by textual search.JW

Currently, I am working on creating a WiFi driver for EMW3080, which is integrated into the STM32U585I-IOT, for a commercial RTOS. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate any programming guide or technical reference manual that would assist me in understanding how to communicate with the EMW3080 that is connected via the SPI bus.Upon reviewing the EMW3080 datasheet, it appears that AT commands are used to communicate with the WiFi module. However, I am still unable to locate any information regarding the specific commands or how to utilize them. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding where to find the documentation necessary to communicate with the firmware running on the EMW3080.Moreover, I can see that a TCP/ IP stack is running on EMW3080 which means that we get the processed packets from the stack. Is there any way we can get the raw packets so that we can use the native TCP/IP stack running inside Host OS?

This is the sample program I used. This is sounddb.s .When I DEBUG a variable, I find that these pointers point to the same address.I used two audio files. How do I have my program play the second audio file directly?I modified the userFunction as shown below.I set the breakpoint at the location shown below.Observe the variables as shown in the figure below.I already extern the Engine_start1What is the reason for this?

Hello all,I am trying to read temperature with the G030. At the moment there is quite a large difference between actual temperature and temperature read by the MCU (true temperature around 23.5 degC while MCU reads 32 degC)ADC_Init code:static void ADC_Init(void) { LL_ADC_InitTypeDef ADC_InitStruct = {0};   LL_RCC_SetADCClockSource(LL_RCC_ADC_CLKSOURCE_SYSCLK); LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_ADC);   LL_DMA_SetPeriphRequest(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMAMUX_REQ_ADC1); LL_DMA_SetDataTransferDirection(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_DIRECTION_PERIPH_TO_MEMORY); LL_DMA_SetChannelPriorityLevel(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_PRIORITY_LOW); LL_DMA_SetMode(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_MODE_CIRCULAR); LL_DMA_SetPeriphIncMode(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_PERIPH_NOINCREMENT); LL_DMA_SetMemoryIncMode(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_MEMORY_INCREMENT); LL_DMA_SetPeriphSize(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHANNEL_1, LL_DMA_PDATAALIGN_HALFWORD); LL_DMA_SetMemorySize(DMA1, LL_DMA_CHAN

For testing purpose i am transmitting an array of 8 bytes with . But still the FIFO transmit ERROR flag in HISR is always getting set. Please do help!

HiMy company wants to use ThreadX Azure RTOS and it was not clear if we need to pay for licensing when we send the product to market,So will I need to pay?

I set my flash OB to iROT-Provisioned (Dont know exactly Product life cycle state, but I can not debug anymore) Based on my understanding, it may be in a CLOSED state. However, I am not sure how to change the state as I want to follow the Debug authentication control principle. Could you please assist me in changing the state of the flash OB?   Best Regard.

Hello.I have a question.I use the STM8L MCU to design my product. In the product, I also the ST25DV04K tag. Now I cannot receive the GPO signal in the stm8l15x_it.c.In the official demo about STM32F4,GPO signal is received by the function called BSP_GPO_Callback.But in my STM8L,I cannot use the official demo. So,how to solve the problem?

As per datasheet pin 2 and pin 3 are OSC32_IN and OSC32_OUT pins I want to connect a 8MHZ crystal and was looking for OSC_IN and OSC_OUT pins, but could not find any info regarding them, can the OSC32_IN and OSC32_OUT pins be used for connecting the 8Mhz crystal?

Currently, my program cannot be executed, and it is useless to pull up the boot pin, and STLink cannot be linked. There is a way to reset the chip register boot_lock, TZNE, and RDP? or how to perform full chip erasure?

hello, i found this triac on an old controller board from year 2000 (its controlling a pump) and need a replacement part. But i can´t find this triac anywhere on the website of ST. Does anybody know which part could be a suitable alternative. thx and best Oliver

I'm using an STM32G4 to measure a pulse width, and wanted to set up TIM1_CH1 for rising edges and TIM1_CH2 for falling edges. My plan was to read the timer counter and subtract to obtain pulse width, and reset the counter on rising edges... I've got HAL_TIM_IC_CaptureCallback() running, but am not certain how to tell what event has caused the interrupt... I realize this is a newbie question - appreciate any pointers to the right application notes or documentation too. I'd also be interested in using DMA if there are methods to speed this up.

What do the green (pharmacy) crosses in the GPIO pin popup mean?

Hello, I am new to ITC. I use a the TIM4 interrupt as a 10ms time base, using a callback function for the SPL interrupt handler INTERRUPT_HANDLER(TIM4_UPD_OVF_IRQHandler, 23).The callback transmits a UART2 packet to an external device and then waits for a UART2 response packet. The response is received using the UART2_IT_RXNE_OR interrupt and the callback for the SPL interrupt handler INTERRUPT_HANDLER(UART2_RX_IRQHandler, 21).The default interrupt priorities are used for all interrupts: Level 3 (lowest). The dev. environment is STVD and STM8 Cosmic compiler. See the below pseudo code.Problem:The while() loop in the TIM4 interrupt routine blocks the UART2_RX interrupt. Question:Is it good practice to wait for the UART2 IRQ in the TIM4 interrupt routine? Is a nested interrupt setup a good solution, and how to implement this on the STM8S MCU? Section 6.5.2 in the reference manual is brief. Thank you!Callback_for_TIM4_UPD_OVF_IRQHandler() { /* Disable the UART2_RX interrupt */ UART2->

Hello! For a week i've been trying to configure my stm32f302cbt6 and the tlv320aic3254 codec to trasmit data to the mcu through i2s_ext_sd but HAL_I2S_Receive returns 0s to the buffer although i see data coming out of the codec. I have configured i2s2 peripheral, master clock in the pinout config, i configured the codec analog input and clocks to generate sample rate and all clocks and bit depths i've checked with the osciloscope seem to be within spec. i ve also called HAL_I2S_MspInit(&hi2s2); in the MX_I2S2_Init(void) function to set the default pins and played around wth the different setting but no luck.Is there something obvious i am missing?Any ideas would be enlightening!Best RegardsPatsaoglou P.Project resources: https://github.com/patsaoglou/AudioWayDSP

I am controlling a DC motor, I want to synchronize it with another motor so I have to vary quickly the value of duty cycle, who can help me, I used the simple generation of pwm but it did not work

Hi all,I'm having a firmware issue with updating my MCU via UARTAfter reading AN2606 and AN3155, I try to do the following:Disable all interrupts and save a register with unique valueCall system resetJump to bootloader on the beginning of SystemInitUpdate the FW via USART1 (PA9, PA10) with baudrate 115200What I get is a fallback to baudrate 1200, which means baudrate auto detection failed.I have to mention that it works well in the same method I describe with USART3 (PB10, PB11) and it also works on USART1 (PA9, PA10) if I'm remove my code logic and jump to bootloader from the same place (SystemInit)I still couldn't figure it out and would appreciate if someone could help meThanks for your help

I want to change the path for where the STM32CubeIDE writes the source code files generated when the .ioc file changes. I am using STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.12.0.Is it possible, and if so, how?

In STM32WB55 the LSF must be 32KHz or it can be others like 42KHz etc. as well? Thanks.

I'm working on a project using an STM32H753 micro. The device has an LCD with touch screen. The touch screen logic has an interrupt output which triggers the micro to read the current coordinates when the display is touched. I'm using a GPIO pin configured as a GPIO_EXTIxx to receive the interrupt. I've had this working for some time now, but we just revised the board and the interrupt was moved to another GPIO pin. I changed the pin assignments in CubeMX and it worked fine. Another change in the revision is a new I2C part that also has an interrupt output. This was routed to another GPIO pin, however both interrupt lines were connected to port pins that end with in the same number. This appears to be a conflict (can't use the GPIO_EXTI function on two port pins with the same number). So I moved the interrupt line of the touch input to another port pin that ends with a difference number. Now my code will not interrupt when I touch the screen (I can see that the interrupt is occurring o
