Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:31Even without the source, you should still be able to identify why the code is faulting. Look at the disassembly, and registers.
I'm not aware of a location based issue in flash, however when running in flash and writing too it, will cause substantial stalling of the processor. This will break interrupts, USARTs, etc.
