unable to recieve data from g4 on h7

Im trying to create a CAN communication bus between STM32G491RET6 and STM32H750DBK. In my code, the G4 acts as transmitter and H7 acts as reciever. While we are supposed to get BMS related values from G4 to H7 we are right now only keeping it to just a singular queue being sent from g4 to h7. How

ever the H7 does not recieve any value at all from g4. While there are questions im aware regarding the same issue, they are really not helping with our problem.
this and that informed us with clock config but i still have the same error. it shows an ACK issue when we use any ai model 

Basically,

1. H7 does not recieve any value and all the live expression variables are at 0.
2. There is a lot of queue error in Tx.

CAN_FD is H7 and G4TRANSMIT is G4

Some good, clear photos of your setup may help.

 

Have you done basic tests with an oscilloscope to see if there is any activity at all on the STM32 pins ?
