For closing this chat my remain one question about buffer size of recived data. Is it simply this:(&heth)->RxDescList.RxDataLength

To my calculation it (32 bytes) is exactly for TX descriptor. For RX can be tooken 24 bytes. With these settings it is working too.Thanks again for your response.

activation of MPU (for Descriptors region) leads to no improvement.
