STM32H723ZG AZURE RTOS - Hard Fault Error Regarding

Program in my STSPIN32G4 is not executed while i turned controller power off and on, how to check if the code is in flash memory

We are using ST's EVSPIN32G4 board, Its working fine previously, but now we got Overcurrent Error from motor pilot software, we were check the OPAMP Section and its components all are good, we use same code that we use previously. Kindly help us to solve.

Re: My question is, is it possible view the given PWM to the GATE pin of high side MOSFET via microcontroller pin or the PWM logic is controlled by the logic circuit i.e inside of the STSPIN.
