Hi,By only disable peripheral is not sufficient, You need to reset the pin state in configuration tool by left clicking on pin pad and set to "Reset_State" to all yellow colored pins. Thnx
I am doing the same for J2534 protocol. I found something in google which is I ported for my STM32F0 device successfully, But still I didn't get the CAN traffic on USB.
