I'm getting debugging Error "undefined debug reason 8 - target needs reset" with ST-Link V2, BluePill (STM32F103) & STM32CubeIDE, debugger config. is "ST-Link OpenOCD", Although STM32Programmer download & run with same ST-Link V2 without any problem....

Although it is not the best way but it works, you can comment the whole code before rebuilding it for the configuration changes, because the this problem happens only with any configuration changes in *.ioc file.Really I don't understand why ST don't...

Hi Amel,Yes, I saw that, the chip on the board is CKS32F103, it is clone of STM32F103.So the problem not in the ST-Link or STM32CubeIDE, nice.Thanks for the advice !Seems you are of Arabic origin 

Getting Error "undefined debug reason 8 - target needs reset", BluePill, ST-Link V2, & STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeProgrammer is able to download the code to the BluePill & run,while I have no debugging problem at all when replacing BluePill with H743 board.

Hello, what are these registers : EXTI_D1, EXTI_D2 EXTI->PR1, EXTI->PR2, EXTI->PR3 EXTI_Dn->PR1, EXTI_Dn->PR2 (n= 1 or 2) I saw them but I didn't find any reference. How could register EXTI_CPUPR1 be read ?

After any Pin-out modification,, IDE replace main.c with a new one, and all the written code will be deleted !! Is there a way to change that bad process ?

Can't generate .hex file, I tried the famous statement in Project > properties > post-bulid step : arm-none-eabi-objcopy -O ihex ${ProjName}.elf ${ProjName}.hex But it doesn't work, Pls Help.
