Can't set status of Scroll List when scrolls

Hi ST,I have 1 problem when uses scrollList (or use scrollable + Listl ayout). I use a button to set visible scroll List to true. When not scroll, it works ok. But when i scroll, it can disable scroll List. Please tell me why?Thanks
