I am using the latest version of STM32CubeMX to set up a STM32F103 processor. In the ADC section, it will not allow me to enable the 'scan' mode. Incidentally, I greatly preferred the previous STM32CubeMX's layout and operation.

Yes, there are pull-up resistors. Both SCL and SDA are sitting at 3.3V.
