I am working IAP update bootload, I need ''*.s19'' format.

Where is that document?

the s19 format is not stm8-specific; search internet and you will find it easily.

Hi Wolver,

The software stm8bootloader.s19 is available with the application note AN2659 in the following directory: \\an2659\AN2659code\Bootloader\Debug
