testing of ublox LARA R.211 a 4G LTE with stm32f745 controller using USB_Host middleware & USB_OTG_HS ?Can anybody help with the proper CubeMX parameters or are there any CDC USB host class examples so that this module detects a virtual com port.

Take a look at the example provided under the following path :

Firmware\Projects\STM32746G-Discovery\Applications\USB_Host\CDC_Standalone

You can be inspired by it.
