STM332CubeMX fails to copy stm32f7xx_ll_tim.h and generate rules to build stm32f7xx_ll_tim.o when trying to use LL drivers.

And if I copy it manually, it is deleted on next code-generation

I 'm not able to reproduce this issue.
Using your ioc and STM32CubeMX 6.2.1 version (latest one) , stm32f7xx_ll_tim.h is generated correctly under Drivers\STM32F7xx_HAL_Driver\Inc and the Makefile project is compiling perfectly.
Can you please create a new project from scratch and check again?

Same result as before, even after cleaning .java/ .stm32cubemx/ .stmcube/ .stmcufinder/
BTW, I'm using the Linux version if that is important...
