GPIO pin cannot be choosed in FATFS platform settings as SD card detect pin if set to interrupt (EXTI) mode

I see no practical reasons for this behaviour. When set to interrupt mode, the pin can still be read as input pin.

CubeMX supports only a subset of possible chip configurations.
