CubeMX don't work on my new PC

Hello!!!

I worked before with version 6.9.1 on my laptop (Win8.1) and it worked.

Then I bought the PC: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 build 19045.5131, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor, 32 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti.

I decided to install the new versions CubeIDE (1.16.1) and CubeMX (6.12.1). OK, I worked with IDE and everything was fine even with old project. Then I needed to change some settings and pins. I opened CubeMX and migrate my old .ioc there started some strange things:

- CubeMX is loading my system (come one... look at my PC properties)

- didn't generated code but saved parameters to .ioc

Note: I tried to continue with old version CubeMX but it worked until the CubeMX started to freezing. After I closed .ioc and when I open it again - see the picture (white picture)

Then I decided to make a new one .ioc. And what happened:

- CubeMX is loading my system with some operation

- I configurated system properties, timers, clocks, connectivity etc. It was OK. Even Cube generated the code.

- I started to change pins then the left menu started to freezing and middle one stopped changing (press TIM1 or UART or GPIO, middle one is freezing)

- After reloading in .ioc white window and .ioc don't open at all throw the CubeMX.

I tried old versions and different things. How I understand some compatibility issues or... Who knows...

Windows 10 enterprise... provided by your work/school? If so, there may be installed some worthless сrар  intrusive "security" or "compliance" software. Try to convince your IT to remove it.

Oh... This is problem. The Windows was on this PC and it's my own problem now. Sh*t happens...

Is it impossible to decide this problem with my own?
When I try to debug

It can be show something about the problem what you wrote to me.

It is possible to dig and debug, but someone should do this, right? If your IT allows, reformat the PC, reinstall clean Windows and everything should work.

Avoid unsupported or 3rd party applications, use standard and supported stuff. For example: Chromium is bad (do you know why it is installed?) Official Google Chrome is good. Edge is good.
