Stm32h743 swv data tracking timeline graph does not work in stm32cubeide

I debug stm32f767 on stm32cubeide using stlink v2 or stlink v3 through the jtag interface can normally use swv data tracking timeline graph ,but the function (swv data tracking timeline graph) in stm32h743 does not work, the error message is

(Target is not responding, retrying...

Debugger connection lost.

Shutting down...

)

Where is st supported? I see that the community also has questions about h7. This is not the first time. Why is there no official response?
