STM32CubeIDE - can't connect to download package

Title edited to be more descriptive; post moved to the CubeIDE section.

Just installed stm32cube ide and created a new project. It said I needed to connect my st account to download a package or something. When I try and connect my account I get this error message. I've used STM32cube IDE in the past and have never had this problem.
